Located within the Hopkins River Caravan Park on the Hopkins River 8km east of Warrnambool's city centre, this property has great river views. The Park offers a heated indoor pool, spa, gymnasium, games room, kids playground, tennis courts, putt putt, BBQ areas and kitchen areas. This 2 year old 2 bedroom apartment has a queen size bed, 2 single beds and a divan which folds out to a double bed. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet, another seperate toilet and laundry. Down the hall you will enter the spacious living area with TV, DVD player,sound system and divan. A fully self contained kitchen with cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The dining room has a fold out table with seating for 6. You will enjoy uninterrupted river views from the dining and living rooms or from the back verandah. Sunsets can be a delight from the back verandah. If you enjoy fishing a 3 minute walk will put you on the banks of the river. There is also a boat ramp for boat lovers. It is a short 5 minute drive to the nearest shopping centre or an 8 minute drive to the city centre.

One night will be charged for all cancellations plus administration fee. Tariffs and deposits are non-refundable if your stay is cut short on day of arrival or during your stay. Travel Insurance is recommended.

From Melbourne; Travel for approximately 2.5 hours along the Princess Highway, when you pass Allansford and the speedway turn left at the top of the next hill into Hopkins River Caravan park. Travelling east out of Warrnambool drive past the Gateway Shopping centre for approximately 5 minutes or 4km turn right into Jubilee Park Road and enter Hopkins River Caravan Park.
