Holly Gate House is a four star rated B&B offering three Queen size rooms all with private ensuites (one with spa bath), TV, VCR, DVD and CD player, luxury toiletries and chocolates.

Accommodation package Includes: Light afternoon tea on arrival (between 3 - 5pm only), fully cooked or continental breakfast of your choice, transport to and from any local restaurant/function venue of your choice within 10k of Kalorama. We also provide a comprehensive library of Videos DVDs and CDs for your enjoyment.

Bookings made directly to Holly Gate House and subsequently cancelled prior to 7 days of arrival date will have the payment refunded less a $40 administration fee.

Forfeiture of first night booking fee for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival. No show forfeiture of total booking fee.

Check in: after 3pm (unless other arrangements have been made with your host). We will be onsite to greet you where you will be required to complete a registration form.

Check out: 10am (An extra $25.00 will be required for a later check out.)

If you are attending a function, please advise if the complimentary transport will be required prior to your arrival.

Take the time to visit all the local attractions in the Dandenong Ranges, including wineries, art/craft markets, speciality gift and antique shops, or take time to wander through our beautiful walking trails and enjoy the wonderful scenery as well as the other tourist attractions such as, William Ricketts Sanctuary, Healesville Sanctuary and Puffing Billy just to name a few. Indulge yourself with fine food and wine amongst the wide variety of local Restaurants and Cafes. All within a short driving distance from Kalorama.

If using a GPS ignore instructions to turn onto Old Coach Road, keep on the main Mt Dandenong Tourist Road (coming from Montrose). DO NOT CONFUSE US WITH HOLLY LODGE, when you see the Holly Lodge sign keep going on the main road as we are 1/2K further on past the Silvan Lookout (on the left) and the View Point cafe (on the right), our driveway is 300 meters just on the right hand side past these two landmarks as you drive around a bend. Two yellow flags next to our sign indicate you have arrived.
