ROOM FEATURES: The large kitchen windows capture the magnificent view across the Derwent. Adjoining the kitchen, the living area opens onto a balcony, which is an ideal spot to relax and watch the yachts on the river. At night the city lights are simply breathtaking. This fully self contained apartment features a television and video and in the kitchen you will find conventional cooking facilities, a microwave, fridge and all the utensils and crockery you might require.

Booking Conditions We require you to pay a deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the accommodation is to be settled on arrival. Key Collection Policy Phone owner on 0419 523 672 prior to arrival for access to the property. Cancellation Policy 50% of due payment is required if booking is cancelled within 30 days and 100% if cancelled less than 48 hours. Disclaimer At all times we, Hobart Horizon will endeavour to accept all bookings that are made through our website, however we have the right to cancel/reject a booking at any time. You will be notified of any changes/amendments to the booking by us and we will always try to give you an alternative option.

Late Arrival If you are arriving after 5.00pm Monday to Friday or 2.30pm on weekends please advise us to make prior arrangements.
