Additional details: Children will be admitted FREE. 1. Child is defined as a person under 18 as at the time of the rally 11th march. 2. Child must be accompanied by a HOG AU member. 3. Child can be seen effectively as an additional guest but there is no need for you to record any details of the child on the booking spreadsheet. 4. No t-shirt, no evening meal will be provided nor admittance allowed to licensed area of the venue (ie upstairs meals area & upstairs function room, band etc). IF over 18 years of age he/she is NOT a child & thus treat as an guest adult - Full price. Detailed activities program will be available at the Rally, but Thunder ride / Show & Shine will be on Sunday, specific LOH ride & a second general ride on Saturday morning games on Saturday afternoon. Friday evening meal will extend from 7pm throughout the evening to accommodate late arrivals. Sat & Sun evening meal (approx 6:30pm) and breakfasts (approx 8am) are supplied at no additional cost to fully paid registrations. Lunches are not supplied. Live entertainment Fri sat & sun nights.

Cancellation up to 31/12/10 - $22 ONLY VIC admin fee. Cancellation after 31/12/10 = $22 VIC admin fee + $35. Cancellation after 28/2/11 = NO REFUND. Those who cancel after 31/12 who had pre-registered will have their t-shirt & pin posted. THIS IS PER PERSON.
