The bottom three images on the right display the townhouse features and the contemporary furnishings.We have another property that is a recent addition to the Green Patch offerings. With views of the Murray River our four bedroom house can cater for up to 10 people comfortably. Undercover secure parking for up to 4 cars or boats and an enclosed backyard for the safety of pets and children, assure peace of mind. City Centre is a 5 minute walk and the majestic Murray only 250m away.

Deluxe Two Bedroom Townhouse with each bedroom having King Beds which also have the capability to be split making them into Single Beds. Private walled garden with BBQ Facilities and the second bedroom also has a private courtyard area.

All villas are 2 Bedroom. Bedroom # 1 is a Queen bed, Bedroom # 2 consists of 2 single Beds. If you require we also have a fold away single bed or in one villa we also have a full size fold out double divan. Children over 12 are charged at adult prices. Pets are charged a one-off cleaning fee, pls call for further information.
