All charges as stipulated on this site are for the number of guests indicated. Eg a twin room with a queen bed and a single bed, which can sleep a maximum of three, all three are included in the price. There should be no extra charges. Our three bedroom unit can sleep six and the charge stated is for six people maximum. Porta cots are free of charge.

Golden Sands Motor Inn is located 100 mtrs from the Post Office and 150 mtrs from the Tourist Information Centre. We are just past the second rounabout after you cross over the bridge from Tuncurry.
The Coach terminal, with coaches arriving and departing for north or south bound travellers, is located at the Tourist Information Centre.
Forster is located approx. 30km from Taree and approx 150km from Newcastle.
There is a shuttle bus available between Newcastle airport and Forster and a bus service between Taree and Forster.
By car, Forster is located approximately 312km north of Sydney (about a three hour drive) and approximately 689km from Brisbane.
