Check-In is from 3pm onwards. After hours check-ins are availble by calling the El Lago Reception number. Our Contact Details will be provided at the time of booking. El Lago Waters Resort requires a $250 cash bond or pre-authorization on check-in. 2% surcharge applies to all payments made my Visa or Mastercard. No surcharge is applicable on cash and eftpos transactions.

Room rates are based on 2 adults. Extra Adults are $20.00 per head. Extra Children are $15.00 per head.
