Each room has an adjoining private ensuite with shower, airconditioner, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric jug, television, VCR, desk, chair, desk lamp, queen size bed, hanging rack, bedside table and lamp. There is a modern laundry for guest use and optic-fibre broadband internet access is included in the tariff. Laptops can be used in each room.

Self-contained one bedroom studio rooms are available for overnight and short term lease.

4. Take the exit toward Links Ave Nth

5. Turn left at Links Ave Nth

6. Slight left to stay on Links Ave Nth

7. Slight left at Kingsford Smith Dr

8. Continue on Breakfast Creek Rd

9. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Ann St

10. Turn left at James St

Go through 1 roundabout
