For all round comfort this home has ducted gas heating and evaporative cooling throughout the house. The living area leads out onto an outdoor alfresco area with gourmet BBQ. There is a two car garage for visitors' cars and boat.

A children's play area and sandpit is out the backyard and there is a 25 metre pool and tennis court located in Kingfisher drive which is available for the guests use.

A short walk to the end of the street brings you to Rich River Golf Course.

There are a number of stylish restaurants, wineries and bars to visit or wander down high street, where you will find intimate gift shops. To keep the children amused there is horse riding, fauna parks, cinemas, the oz maze and oz mini golfing or enjoy a day of fun at Semoz paintball.
