The Easystay Serviced Apartments philosophy is simple - to provide visitors to Melbourne with comfortable, value-for-money accommodation in St. Kilda, one of Australia's great places to visit.

A young and vibrant Australian owned company, Easystay opened it's doors in 2001 and since then has expanded to include 5 properties across St. Kilda ranging from Studio to one bed roomed apartments all of which have been very recently refurbished to a great 3 1/2 star standard. Our studio and one bedroom apartments have all the facilities and comforts that you would expect to ensure an enjoyable stay.

Easystay is a great cost effective choice for families. Up to two children (aged 0 to 12 years) can stay FREE OF CHARGE when sharing existing bedding with full paying adults. The apartments have all the bedding, crockery and cutlery you will need for the duration of your stay. All our properties are in ideal locations in St. Kilda.Most are in walking distance to the beach, Acland Street, Fitzroy Street, Luna Park and the great bars, clubs, restaurants and cake shops that St. Kilda is known for.

Away from the foreshore, St Kilda's streets are alive with people, great food, shopping and entertainment spots.

Fitzroy Street is renowned for its cool cafes, restaurants and bars, with tables spilling onto the footpath, and is one of Melbourne's most attractive eating and drinking streets

Whether you are visiting Melbourne for a holiday, for sport, to meet up with friends and family or to work out a business deal, Easystay has a range of accommodation options to suit your needs and budget.

Reception for all our apartments is located at 65 Acland Street. All our apartments receive a light daily clean, guests staying 7 nights or more receive a free full service every week.

Limited on site parking is provided and is available on a first come first serve basis. Just ask for parking when checking in. Payment for parking can be made on check-in

Two children up to the age of 12 years are able to stay in the room for free using existing bedding.

All quoted rates are for a max of two people for extra adults please add $15 per person per night.

St. Kilda is famous for it's cake shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, music events and festivals. Come to St. Kilda for a great family holiday with the beach and Luna Park within walking distance of most of our properties. When on the beach look for the wind surfing lessons and pony rides or try the skate and bike hire, kite flying, boat rides and great fishing spots. Visit the weekend arts and craft market and look at the great art galleries. St Kilda is only 15 mins by tram from Melbourne CBD so if you get restless in St. Kilda jump on a tram into the city and visit all Melbourne has to offer.
