Whether you enjoy entertaining on our magnificent back deck, equip with gourmet BBQ and large table ideal for long lunches or dinner parties, curling up with a good book, walking to the very beautiful and close ocean beach or having a quiet bevy on the front deck in the afternoon sun, while the kids run wild in our huge fully-fenced garden or play games in the rumpus room. It is all here for your pleasure!!!

This bright and artistic house is situated on an elevated block overlooking tea tree in a quiet pocket of the Peninsula. You will appreciate the cooling sea breezes and sounds of the ocean.

Only minutes away you can enjoy bay and ocean beaches, Peninsula Hot Springs, golf courses, horse trails, wineries, markets, cafe's and galleries.

For young children there is a porta cot, change table and high chair. We can also put you in touch with a very lovely and reliable babysitter.

POOCHES will be very happy here. We provide a bed, bowls and toys.

From the end of the Mornington Peninsula freeway turn left on Boneo Road and right at the round about onto Browns Road. Continue along Browns Road and follow the signs to Portsea, take the third street on the left after Dundas Street roundabout.
