Discovery Holiday Parks-Benaraby is a permanent / tourist park located 20km South of Gladstone in Benaraby, Queensland. Situated on 20 acres of rolling land, the park is currently configured for approximately 25 permanent residents, 70 powered tourist sites, 23 tourist cabins and 7 on-site vans.

The park offers great facilities including a new camp kitchen which is very popular among guests. There is also a pool and BBQ area located in a shady palm-lined setting.

Fishing enthusiasts are well catered for with a private boat ramp within the park on the Boyne river, there are also ramps at nearby, Boyne Island, Tannum Sands, Calliope River and the Narrows. Choice mud crabs are harvested from the rivers and estuaries during the summer months and prawns are caught offshore.

Lake Awoonga is located just 10 minutes drive away, and is a popular hunting ground for the mighty "Barra".

Boats, canoes, kayaks and catamarans for use on the lake are all available for hire at the lake.

Each room has its own parking space. All parking is off street. There is also free visitors parking available.

Check-in at 2pm. Office Hours: 8am to 6pm. After office hours please call 49750769 or ring nightbell situated at reception entrance.

Please note that the maximum age for an infant is less than 2 years. Children are classified as being between 2 and 16 years inclusive.
