Dennis Cottage is double story, and is set in a large beautiful garden (has previously won best garden in the Clare Valley Spring Festival awards), quiet and peaceful, yet walking distance from Cygnets restaurant, The Rising Sun Hotel, Auburn Gallery, antique shops, cafés and wineries. Upstairs are two bedrooms which look out over the garden both are light bright and have queen size beds. Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, have an en-suite, and a dressing room with walk in robes. The bed linen is first class as are the towels and dressing robes.

Downstairs the cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining room, a full laundry, a large spa room, and a lounge room. The kitchen is also fully equipped. There is an underbench oven, glass cook-top, microwave, dishwasher, the finest European glassware and crockery, steel cooking pots, a full set of knives and utensils, everything you would want to cook a banquet.

Leading from the kitchen is a separate romantic dining room which looks on to the rose garden and down towards Dennis Creek. The dining room has large French doors so you can savour the beautiful garden while dinning.

The lounge contains a large comfy leather suite that you can sink into. There is an open fireplace, which adds to the atmosphere of the cottage in winter, and there are plenty of other things to entertain yourself with- TV, DVD, VCR, CD, tapes, a movie library, games, books, magazines.

There are two areas to relax in outside of the cottage. Nestling at the rear of the cottage is a private courtyard garden equipped with a teak outdoor setting, a market umbrella, sun lounges, a BBQ, ect. This is the ideal place to share meals or a quiet drink. Around the front of the cottage is a veranda which looks over the rose garden and on to the giant pepper gums. This is a lovely spot to watch the sun set in the evening.

Dennis Cottage has plenty of off street parking and is fully air-conditioned.

Dennis Cottage is for relaxing, not business.

There is ample car parking on the property.

Check in time is 3.00PM and check out time is Noon.

The cottage accommodates two couples traveling together or can be booked for a single couple.

Dennis Cottage is not suitable for children.

Visit Wineries and cafes, walk or cycle the Riesling Trail or the Auburn River Walk. Picnic in the National Parks, dine in the restaurants, enjoy the wonderful scenery, marvel at the heritage buildings, relax, unwind, enjoy.

If coming from Adelaide, turn left in to St Vincents Street from the Main North Road, and then left again in 500 yards by the Dennis Cottage sign, on to the Dennis Cottage drive.
