Guest Lounge (free local phonecalls) & Breakfast Room, Gazebo (lounge chairs) and tropical gardens by the creek where you can relax and read a book. We are across the street from the Cafe's, Restaurants and Boutiques of Sawtell and only a short stroll to the beach. Gourmet Breakfast (included in tariff) Includes fresh fruits, cereals, toasts, spreads, yoghurt, juices, tea, coffee and a speciality dish. Creekside Inn in Sawtell is a place where you can unwind. * Purpose Built Accommodation for couples * Smoking is not permitted indoors * Suitable for children over 10 years * No Pets * Courtesy airport and train station pick ups. Room Descriptions All four bedrooms have their own private ensuites. Nine foot ceilings and fans, TVs, heaters. All rooms open onto their own private generous size balcony. Queen size beds in Garden, Golf and Beach Rooms plus a extra long size single bed in the Garden Room. The Tropical Room has a King Bed or two single beds. Air Conditioning fitted to all bedrooms.

TERMS and CONDITIONS of BOOKING 1. We require credit /debit card details to secure your reservation. If you do not supply card details a cheque payable more than 2 weeks in advance for the deposit and full payment by cash or money order on arrival is required. 2. If the person making the reservation is different to the person taking up the occupation the person who makes the reservation will be held responsible for non-arrival /damage or loss. 3. Please let us know as soon as possible should it be necessary for you to have to cancel your reservation. 4. Should it become necessary for you to cancel your reservation with less than 7 days notice we reserve the right to charge you for the accommodation unless we are able to re-let the room. 5. If you are delayed in arriving or expect to arrive after 8pm please let us know as soon as you are able. 6. Accidents happen. Please let us know immediately of any damage or spillage so that we can clean or repair. Failure to inform us will result in a charge being made for damage subsequently found. 7. Item/s taken from the room/s without consent will be charged for. 8. Creekside Inn is a smoke - free home. If smoking occurs an extra charge of $200 will be made for the cleaning of the room and soft furnishings. Thank you for your co-operation. We will delight in having you in our home in the future. Balance of payment is due 21 days prior to arrival.

From South - Exit Pacific Highway at Lyons Road exit to Sawtell. Entering the village of Sawtell you will pass the bowling club on your right. After crossing the bridge turn immediate first left into Boronia Street. Creekside Inn is the third building on your left: No. 59 From North - After passing through Coffs Harbour continue south and take the Sawtell Road exit to Sawtell proceeding east. Go straight ahead at the round about. About 3 kms after the round about you will enter the village of Sawtell. Proceed down the main street past the large trees in the center of the village. At the end of the village turn right into Boronia Street (before the bridge). Creekside Inn is the third building on your left: No. 59
