Cancellations giving more than 2 weeks notice will receive a full refund of all payments made. Cancellations giving less than 2 weeks notice will forfeit the cost of one nights accommodation of their booking. Cancellations giving less than 24 hours notice will not receive any refund. Unfortunately the operator will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused to the property. Guests (payee) will be held liable if they inflict any extensive damage whilst they are occupying the property.

The cottage is located near to the Broken Hill Hospital in Thomas Lane. Take Williams street then turn left into Kaolin St. This is the road which leads to the sculptures. Cross over Thomas st. Turn right into Thomas Lane, which is the next turn on the right after Thomas st.
