City Terraces is known for quality affordable holiday accommodation in Cairns North Queensland Australia, boasting colonial style architecture, and huge one and two bedroom apartments.

The pool area at City is conducive to just lazing around on one of the recliners. There is a gazebo which houses the free BBQ, the cold drink machine, and the Internet Kiosk. There are also tables and chairs for enjoying your BBQ. Security intercom to the apartments from the front door protects your privacy and provides security. Your guests and friends are able to contact you from the front door by using the security intercom. After identifying them you can let them in via your phone. City Terraces are serviced self-contained apartments so you can enjoy your holiday or business trip. Your apartment is serviced daily, and laundry and dry cleaning services are available. For longer stays there is a regular full apartment clean carried out.

For the business person we provide internet and VPN facilities via either in room dial up or broadband. We have printers available for hire, and also offer a fax receiving and sending service. Our two bedroom apartments are very large and lend themselves to the holding of small group meetings.

ROOM FEATURES: All apartments are large and are designed for the tropics with full air-conditioning and ceiling fans, have large liveable balconies, high ceilings, and tiled floors. Apartments are self-contained and complete with everything you will need for a very comfortable stay. One bedroom apartments can sleep up to three people with the third person using the sofa bed, and the two bedroom apartments can sleep up to five people with the fifth person using a rollaway bed.

Late Arrival If you are arriving after 6:00pm Monday to Saturday or 12.00noon on Sunday, please advise us to make prior arrangments for collectioon of your key. Booking Conditions We require you to pay a deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the accommodation is to be settled on arrival. Cancellation Policy If cancelled more than 14 days before arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less an administration fee. If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival date, deposit will be forfeited. Disclaimer At all times we, Comfort Suites City Terraces will endeavour to accept all bookings that are made through our website, however we have the right to cancel/reject a booking at any time. You will be notified of any changes/amendments to the booking by us and we will always try to give you an alternative option.

All of our car parking is undercover and is protected by security gates operated by your guest key. This keeps your vehicle safe and out of the tropical sun.

LATE ARRIVAL: If you are arriving after 6.00pm Monday to Saturday or 12.00 (Midday) on Sunday please advise us during office hours to make prior arrangements.
