Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival date - full refund of deposit less $25 administration fee. Cancellations 7 - 30 days from booking date - first nights accommodation held as cancellation fee. Less than 7 days notice - no refunds. NO Refunds due to bad weather or early departure.
