This fabulous new B&B offers a water-sport heaven, a private getaway for couples, or an ideal location for small groups of up to 22 adults. Come to enjoy the rural riverside serenity, stay in beautiful timber-themed rooms, with ensuites, and balconies overlooking the Clarence River. Rooms all have one Queen bed, $120 for one person, or $160 for two people, including fully cooked breakfast. Sorry no pets or children in the B&B.

Bunkhouse also available for group bookings, 2 double beds, 8 single beds, fully equipped kitchen, four bathrooms. $60/night/person, including breakfast provisions. Phone to obtain discounts for groups of 10 people or more. Children by arrangement. Sorry no pets.

Good old fashioned country evening meals available for guests approx $25/person and lunch $10/person. Licenced or BYO by arrangement.

Wireless internet, photocopying, use of landline for complimentary STD or local calls.

Ample free parking, night lit & secure.

Early check in and late check out by arrangement, otherwise 4pm checkin,10am checkout.

Travelling west from Bent Street roundabout at South Grafton 6km on Gwydir Highway, turn right into Rogans Bridge Road, about 6km along turn right into Seelands Hall Road, follow the road for 6km again, and just off the bitumen, take the right fork into Riverstone Road.
