Bookings Upon booking a deposit equal to the first nights tariff will be charged to your credit card (a credit card is essential for booking via the internet). The balance of the accommodation charges will be processed upon check-in. Express check-in is available to the property whereby an SMS is sent advising room number and entry instructions. Express check-ins are also recommended for guests who will be checking-in out of business hours. Charlestown Executive Apartments upholds a 72-hour cancellation policy. If a guest cancels within 72 hours of arrival the full amount of acommodation will be forfeited. If the accommodation is greater than 7 days the first week will be charged and no fee thereafter. If reception is given adequate notification the deposit will be refunded to the guests specified credit card. Loss of Keys or Access Fobs attract a $50 replacement fee.
