No refund of deposit for cancellation of bookings within 30 days of Christmas( 15th December to 25th January)

or Easter, unless relet for the full period booked, in which case $100 administration fee applies.

Full payment of bookings for Christmas and Easter are required 14 days prior to arrival.

Prior to 7 days service fees of 13% of total booking will be forfeited. Less than 7 days full deposit forfeited. High season 1 December - 31 January cancellation prior to 14 days full loss of deposit unless property rebooked.

Please note that where the client is due a refund the Booking Service will charge the client a $25 administration fee on a cancelled booking. This administration fee is in addition to the cancellation fee of this Operator.
