Located just 4.5 hours drive (457kms) south of Perth via the Albany Highway through the Heartland of Western Australia or 6.5 hours drive (700kms) south of Perth through the majestic South West Forests. Cape Howe Cottages are well positioned midway between the town of Denmark and the city of Albany on the picturesque South Coast. Easy access to Albany Airport with direct flights daily to and from Perth - be here in just over one hour! Cape Howe Cottages are all fully equipped, spacious, tastefully decorated with quality furnishings and polished timber or tiled floors throughout. Comfortable beds with crisp linen, pillows, snugly quilts, blankets and fluffy bath towels are provided. There's a TV/Video, DVD and CD Player along with a selection of games, cards, jigsaws, books and magazines to keep you entertained. All cottages are well spread out over two adjacent 23 hectare bush properties and a nearby 100 acre bush and pastureland all with private driveway access which guarantees total privacy and no noisy neighbours. Abode Apartments are locared in the quiet heritage precinct area of central Albany providing an alternation option for those wanting to "live like a local" and enjoy all the delights of country town living. Reminiscent of a typical Paris apartment, they may not be pretty on the outside but they're "Oh so Chic" on the inside. With views over Parade Street Park and Princess Royal Harbour, it makes for a very central getaway within easy walk of cafes, restaurants, bars, art galleries, shops, markets, Town Hall, library and the new Albany Entertainment Centre. Key Collection Policy for Cape Howe Cottages and Tall Timbers: All guests to check-in at main reception at 322 Tennessee Road South, LOWLANDS BEACH, Western Australia 6330. Guests for Cape Howe Cottages will be personally escorted to their accommodation by reception staff. Tall Timbers guests will be given directions. If you expect to arrive later than 6pm please let us know. Key Collection Policy for Abode Apartments: All guests will be forwarded key instructions, maps and directions in a Welcome Package or email prior to arrival. Please contact us if you have any difficulties. Booking Conditions We require you to pay a deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the accommodation is to be settled on arrival. However, for bookings during the peak Christmas/New Year period (20th December - 10th January inclusive) full payment of  the balance is required by 1st November.  Standard Cancellation Conditions: Your deposit is refundable (less a $20 administration fee) should you cancel your booking more than two weeks prior to arrival. If you cancel within two weeks of arrival your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel within 48 hours of the arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of your booking.    Peak Season and Public Holiday Cancellation Conditions: After full payment has been received, refunds for cancelled bookings will only be provided where we are able to rebook the vacant days less one nights tariff which will be held as a cancellation fee.   It may be wise to consider travel insurance to cover you in the case of any emergency. Disclaimer At all times we at Cape Howe Cottages will endeavour to accept all bookings that are made through our website, however we reserve the right to cancel/reject a booking at any time. You will be notified of any changes/amendments to the booking by us and we will always try to give you an alternative option.

To locate Cape Howe Cottages take the Lower Denmark Road from Albany. Follow this for about 32 kms then turn left into Tennessee Road South. From Denmark take the South Coast Hwy - about 15kms towards Albany you will see a turn off to the right (Lower Road). Follow the Lower Denmark Roadfor another 6kms and turn right at Tennessee Road South. Follow Tennessee Road South until the road turns to gravel - our entry driveway is almost immediately on the right hand side - number 322.
