This house is located separately from the motel at 8 Seagrott Rd Busselton and is about 4km from the town centre. 2 storey house. Ocean view from top storey. 5 bedrooms include 1 queen bed 3 double beds . 2 sets of bunks, Sofa bed in lounge room. 8 person spa. FOXTEL. Gas BBQ. Enormous patio area. Room for boat. Bring all your own linen including towels sheets pillows and blankets. Linen hire is available.

This is our best room. It has a bit more space than our other rooms. Is perfectly set up to sleep 5 people with a double bed, double bunks and a roll-a-way bed.Private bathroom. Dining room table and chairs and kitchen sink. Microwave oven, TV and DVD player. Private verandah and an outdoor sitting area that is only accessed by one other room. At a squeeze can put another matress on the floor to sleep one more person.
