Our location is very central and is ideal whether you are just traveling through, staying for an extended holiday or on business. One of the Gold Coasts most beautiful beaches is at the end of the street, we are across the road from Pacific Fair (Queensland¿s largest shopping centre and a tourist feature in itself where major transit for buses). Jupiters Casino, the Convention Centre, and Dracula's restaurant, cosmopolitan Broadbeach with its exciting range of over 120 alfresco restaurants, cafés and brasseries are all within a short stroll away. Browns at broadbeach is in the ideal central location for families and business.
We have a guest laundry with a coin operated washing machine & clothes dryer. Also an out door clothes line.
Units with kitchenette are also equipped with cutlery and crockery.
Our swimming pool is fully tiled as is the adjacent spa pool. The BBQ is located in the swimming pool enclosure which together provide a large entertaining area.

Car Parking Details
We have plenty of car parking on the premises, most being undercover and have plenty of space to park semi-trailers, large tour buses and vans.
Check In Instructions
Check in is between 1pm - 9pm. If you are arriving after 9pm please contact our office and notify us of your arrival time. Alternative check-in arrangements can then be made. On arrival, guests are required to produce photo ID and credit card for review.
The guest responsible for completing the registration form on arrival must supply a credit card for security or provide a $200.00 cash bond.
Children and Extra Guests Details
All additional children and adults are $30.00. Guests have the option of hiring a cot and high chair at a daily rate.
Things To Do
We are located directly opposite the Pacific Fair shopping centre, just cross the road to enjoy shopping. Adjacent to Pacific Fair is the Conrad Jupiters casino and the fansatic dracula comedy and enterainment restaurant. All are 5min walk from our motel. At the end of our block is the beach just a moments walk to the Karrara Surf Club and the resuarant precinct.
Don't hesitate to ask at the front to help with travel, or theme park bookings, directions or assistance with your laggages.
