Brentwood Cottage is a 1940"s, renovated, cosy, four bedroom house that is conveniently located two minutes from the township of Healesville. The Cottage is ideal for small groups, couples, or families. It is fully self-contained, providing a convenient, easy stay. Small pets by arrangement welcome .
Enjoy coffee in the morning or wine in the evening after having explored the many attractions in the Yarra Valley. Delight in the tall mountain Ash forest, minutes drive from the cottage or indulge in many of the wineries or restaurants available to you. Many guests like to stroll through the famous Healesville Sanctuary, taking in the birds of prey or snake handling shows.
Brentwood Bed and Breakfast is nestled in 18 acres of old-world garden, in the Yarra Rangers National Park. The famous Bicentennial National Trail runs behind the property including walking tracks to Mt St Leonard, Donnelly¿s Weir and Maroondah Dam, yet is only 5 minutes from Healesville.
Brentwood B&B is renowned for its air of "well being" and has now been fully renovated offering guests a choice of three self contained, private suites for total rest and relaxation. Experience Brentwood¿s beauty all year round, taking in the fabulous ever changing 20 acre garden and magnificent natural surroundings. PAYMENT AND BOOKING CONDITIONS
2.5% credit card fee charged on each booking transaction
Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
We accept Visa or Master Card only. Please supply Name, Card type, Number and Expiry Date. We also accept direct debit by arrangement but a credit card details must also be provided.
Rates are subject to change without notice except for confirmed bookings.
All rates are in AUD.
CANCELLATIONS
Brentwood Accommodation does not accept cancellations ,refunds will not be given.
CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
Number of guests staying at the facility should not exceed the persons stated on the booking details or extra charges will apply.
Small pets by arrangement at the Cottage only.
The Cottage and B&B suites are rented for holiday and leisure use only ,no functions allowed.
BREAKAGE AND DAMAGES
Credit card details are held by us for security purposes.
We expect the Cottage and B&B Suites are returned to us in the condition presented on arrival.
Breakage and damages not caused by normal wear and tear will be recharged to your credit card if necessary,it is not our intention to charge for replacement of accidental broken glass or plates for example.
Charges will be imposed if the facilities are left in an unreasonable condition -eg
Dirty dishes not washed and put away.
Rubbish not removed and placed in bins provided at the Cottage.
Soiled or stained bed covers ,rugs, upholstery,etc..
Loss or damaged remote controls.
Misplaced keys.
Any breakage or damage to the house, its fittings and facilities will be charged to the guest at replacement/repair cost plus 10%.
LIABILITIES
No responsibility is taken for personal items left on the premiss during or after departure.
Brentwood Accommodation does not accept liability for any injury, damage or loss and additional expenses caused directly or indirectly by events, which are beyond our control.
We do not accept liability for errors, omissions,default or negligence represented on our Website.
