It is furnished with a fresh country look and has amazing views to the nearby mountains, winery and Olive grove. * High quality cotton bed linen and towels are included in tariff. * The bathroom is located on the ground floor and has a two person spa bath, large shower cubicle, lavatory and vanity. Complimentary hand-made lavender body care products are provided. Clients will be requested to complete a Guest Registration form within 48 hours of making your booking. This form will be emailed to you by the property owner. Cancellations giving 30 days notice may either transfer to another booking date subject to availability OR take a refund less 30% administration fee of the total cost of the booking amount. This is on top of the 10% fee charged by the booking agent.Less than 30 days notice of cancellation NO REFUND.¿ Failure of any utilities essential services and appliances need to be immediately reported to the operators.Tariffs apply for any additional guests staying at the property so please advise the booking service and make necessary payment. Should additional unpaid guests be found the booking will be cancelled and you will be asked to vacate. No refund will be given.Branwens Retreat is not responsible for the security of your belongings and encourages you to ensure your accommodation is secure when not occupied. A light service (new linen towels and general tidy) will be provided with self contained accommodation bookings of 8 nights or more. A fee will be charged for additional cleaning and supplies should they be required or requested.Please respect the privacy of our local community and neighbours. If a guests behaviour or noise level is unreasonable a warning will be given and ignoring this will result in the cancellation of the booking without refund.

From the North, turn off Princes Highway at Gerringong, follow coastal road past the turn off to Shoalhaven Heads & Coolangatta Winery then about 3klms prepare to turn right into country lane sign posted to Askeaton Park. Drive 1km over crest of hill, through rural gates (diagonally to left on ridge). Entrance to Cedar cottage approximately 100 metres on right.
