Blu Waters is a self-contained, luxury three (3) bedroom house offering spacious accommodation for a family or couples travelling together. With expansive views of Port Stephens from the spacious north facing deck and just a short stroll to Bagnals Beach, the location offers a host of activities from the relaxing to the adventurous and makes for a perfect getaway anytime of the year. At Blu Waters, we've thought of everything to make your getaway complete, from spacious living and dining areas to comfy bedrooms, outdoor courtyards and balconies.

Facilities Include: Three large luxury bedrooms (main with ensuite), Gourmet kitchen with European appliances including stovetop, oven, dishwasher and microwave, Tea and coffee making facilities, Ultra modern bathroom with sp, Large open plan living areas with TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo & Foxtel. Full size laundry with washer and dryer. Rear courtyard with outdoor setting. Outdoor shower, Balcony with expansive views of Port Stephens and gas BBQ.

Cancellation fee $75 - payments are fully refundable if advised in writing, (e-mail) within seven days of issuing a receipt or if we are able to re-let at 100% of letting tariff. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival - No refund.

PARKING AT BLU WATERS

1. Guests¿ parking is provided in the Secure Garage at Blu Waters, to obtain the remote controller for the garage door refer to the document How to Get Keys.

2. The garage can accommodate 2 x large cars (i.e. Holden Commodore).

3. Under NO circumstances are guests to park on the COMMON AREA in front of the garages; please beware we share the COMMON AREA with our neighbour next door Unit 2. Please be respectful to their access and don¿t block the driveway.

4. When the number of guests requires additional parking they should utilise STREET PARKING and park their cars in the street in front of Blu Waters.

Departure time before 10:30 am and arrival after 3.30 pm.
