No refund available if less than 24hrs notice. More than 24hrs but less than 8 days: 50% refund less booking fee. More than 8 days full refund less booking fee. Please note during Easter long weekend Jazz Festival weekend and between Christmas/New Year (23rd Dec to 5th Jan) there is a no refund policy in place unless cancellation is made 5 weeks prior to booked date. Management is not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal items/money or personal indemnity during your stay. Any damages made by you or your guests during your stay are to be paid for.
