A coin operated internet kiosk is located outside of Reception and is available 24 hours a day. For those with a laptop, a wireless servise is available through NET4. Telephone messages, faxes and incoming mail will be held at Reception for you - if you are expecting anything please just advise Reception. You are welcome to leave any outgoing mail at Reception for posting.

We have a large Visitors Car Parking area, cars of paying guests can only be parked on their site or at their cabin. We have boom gates in place which allow for one car per booking with a special pin code you will be given on check in.

The office is open from 7.30am - 7.00pm every day of the year except Christmas and New Years days. Check in time is 11am for sites and 2pm for cabins. If you plan to arrive outside of office hours please advise upon making your Reservation and arrangements will be made for you.

When making your reservation you will be advised of the tariffs for children and extra guests to stay for the night. Day visitors can only enter the park as the visitor of paying park guests. All visitors must be registered at Reception upon their arrival and must park their cars in the visitor car park as boom gates are inplace. If a visitor intends to use the park facilities then a day use fee applies of $5.00 per person.

\We can book all tours including courtesy bus transfers from the resort & arrange for your tickets to be ready for when you arrive. With some tours booking out most days in the busy period it's a great idea to pre-book if you're on a tight schedule

Adventure Whitsunday Resort Caravan Park is located just 4km from the town centre of Airlie Beach ... about 5 minutes by car. If you are visiting the area by air, bus or rail then the Whitsunday Transit bus service operates a 1/2 hourly service into the town centre.

Heading North from Mackay on the Bruce Highway, you'll come into Proserpine. About 1km north of Proserpine is the turn off to Airlie Beach and the Whitsundays. Follow the signs for approximately 25kms and you'll come into the Airlie Beach area. Keep an eye out for Centro Whitsunday Shopping Centre on the left hand side - we are approximately 250m past this, on the left. Just look for the Big Green Frog!

Heading South from Cairns/Townsville on the Bruce Highway you'll pass through Bowen. About 50kms south of Bowen is the turnoff to Airlie Beach and the Whitsundays. You'll travel about 20kms through sugar cane fields before reaching a T-junction. Turn left toward Airlie Beach. Keep an eye out for Centro Whitsunday Shopping Centre on the left hand side - we are approximately 250m past this, on the left. Just look for the Big Green Frog!

The Whitsundays are serviced by two airports...one at Proserpine; the other on Hamilton Island.

From Proserpine take the Whitsunday Transit airport transfer service to Airlie Beach - let the driver know that you want Adventure Whitsunday Resort Caravan Park and they will drop you at the entrance. Taxi services are also available.

From Hamilton Island take the ferry service (Blue Ferries) to the Shute Harbour marina. From Shute Harbour, take the Whitsunday Transit bus service to Cannonvale, letting the driver know that you want Adventure Whitsunday Resort Caravan Park. Taxi services are also available.
