Set in a beautiful sub tropical, landscaped gardens, apartments 1,2,3,5 & 6 face north and have water views overlooking Denison Beech and McLeans Bay, arguably the best views in the whole of the East Coast of Tasmania.
We offer a comprehensive breakfast service to all units upon request. Please ask when booking or upon arrival.
All units are on the level with car parking outside all the units.
Unit 1 has a spacious balcony and living area with two bedrooms and large kitchen and bathroom. It can cater for 7 people. The views are spectacular!
Unit 2 has the same spectacular views in a fully equiped unit that can cater for 4 people (one queen bed and two singles (in a separate bedroom).
Unit 3 is comfortable and ideal for a couple who wish to relax and enjoy the view and peace of the East Coast.
Unit 4 is a studio unit which is small but self contained. Does not have the same views as the other units from inside, but step outside and relax on one of the chairs and enjoy the view.
B+B 5 and 6 come with a comprehensive breakfast which will be tailored to you specific tastes. The spa room has a large and luxurious spa bath which is great to relax in after a days walking.
There is plenty of room for on site boat or trailer parkinge.
Broadband internet access is available upon requrest for guests as is a land line phone.
As we are situated only 3.5 km north of the beautiful seaside town of Bicheno, Tasmania and just 1 kilometre from the local nine-hole golf course, Bicheno's Ocean View Retreat is great for the extended stay with so much to offer nearby.
Bicheno is at the heart of Tasmania's natural heritage, on the doorstep of the Douglas Apsley National Park and just 30 minutes away from the world-renowned Freycinet National Park.
Explore the nearby foreshore and its pristine white sands, visit unique Bicheno's Gallery, enjoy a family outing at the Natureworld Wildlife Park, or perhaps take one of the evening penguin tours.
Medal-winning vineyards are a short drive away and complement superbly the area's reputation as the State's seafood capital. "Catch of the Day" served at one of the many fine local restaurants is a perfect reward at day's end.
The main complaint from our guests is that they wish they could have stayed longer!
