The Complex is Located at 14 Nelson Street directly behind The Rye Hotel on Point Nepean Road opposite the Rye Beach.

Check-in is 2PM and Check-out 10AM.

It is a condition of your stay that upon check-in a room bond or credit card details are given to reception as security for your room. Under no circumstances can friends or relatives of guests be allowed access to the pool area. All visitors to guest suites must be authorised by reception prior to entering Motel premises. The guest agrees to be considerate to other guests residing in Best Western One Four Nelson by ensuring all noise levels will cease by 11.00p.m. until 7 a.m. the following morning.

85% of the total tariff will be refunded if cancelling more than 14 days prior to arrival date. 50% of the total tariff will be refunded if cancelling 7-14 days prior. Cancelling less than 7 days prior to arrival date NO REFUND.

The Best Western One Four Nelson reception is open 7.00am to 9.00pm (High Season) and 7.00 am to 8.00pm (Low Season). Our friendly staff will be there to greet you. Late arrivals should present themselves at the Rye Hotel and if the hotel is closed, ring the night bell on LHS of Motel entry, or alternatively, call the emergency number on the 14 Nelson reception door.

If you want to do nothing more than enjoy some well deserved indulgence during your stay, this is certainly the place to do it.
