Cancellations or changes to bookings for this room must be made at least 24 hours prior to the check in date or you will be charged the full amount of the first night or cancelled night.

From Tamworth - on arrival in Armidale, follow signs to the CBD, down Dangar Street, Turn right into Barney Street, turn left at traffic lights on to Marsh Street. We are located 700m north of the Visitors Information Centre & central business district on Marsh Street on the left.

From Glen Innes - on arrival in Armidale - follow signs to the CBD, turn right at traffic lights corner of Erskine/Marsh Streets, we are located 400m down the hill on the right.

From Coffs Harbour or Grafton - on arrival in Armidale, turn right at traffic lights into Marsh Street. We are located 800m north of the Visitors Information Centre & central business district on Marsh Street on the left.
