The deposit will be refunded in full if the booking is cancelled in the first 7 days after the interent booking was made. 75% of the deposit will be refunded if the booking is cancelled 30 days or more before the arrival date. NO REFUND will be made if booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival date. ALL CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE IN WRITTING. These conditions are in addition to the Visitor Information Centre's Cancellation Conditions
