Breakfast provisions for a continental and or hearty cooked breakfast will be provided to you in the tariff and is self cater, so enjoyed in the privacy of your suite.

Cancellation Policy Item 1. In the event of a cancellation if less than 7 days notice is given then 50% of the tariff will be charged against the credit card used for the Booking Confirmation Item 2. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booking date will result in full payment of accommodation being charged against the Credit Card used for the Booking Confirmation.

Melways: 75 G9 Travelling to Belgrave Bed and Breakfast accommodation from Melbourne via the Monash Freeway, take the Ferntree Gully Road exit. From the freeway off ramp, turn left and travel straight ahead on Ferntree Gully Road, until you reach the end, which is the Burwood Highway intersection. Turn right into Burwood Highway. Travel 8km along Burwood Highway until you reach the Belgrave and Monbulk Road roundabout, turn second left into the Monbulk Road. Belgrave Bed and Breakfast is a hundred metres on the left.
