Relax in the comfort of your Port Douglas accommodation. The fully self-contained holiday units are large with a choice of Studio, one, two and three bedroom holiday apartments.

ROOM FEATURES: The studio units have a kitchenette with microwave and electric frypan (a guest laundry is also provided for the convenience of guests staying in our Studio units). The one, two and three bedroom apartments have individually controlled air-conditioning, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

Booking Conditions To confirm your booking, a deposit equivalent to 1 nights accommodation is required, with full payment to be received from 14 days before arrival. No pets allowed. Only the number of persons booked may stay in the apartment overnight. Minimum booking of 2 nights. Cancellation Policy We reserve the right to apply an administration fee* equivalent to one nights accommodation on cancellations of more than 14 days notice before arrival. On cancellations with 14 days or less notice prior to arrival date – a fee* of 2 nights accommodation or 50% of the nights cancelled will apply, whichever is greater. Notice is to be received in writing. Travel insurance is advisable. *Fees may be credited to a future re-booking of similar duration at Port Douglas Bay Villas Resort, less a re-booking charge of $50 and subject to room availability, for travel dates up to 12 months from the original cancelled booking. Disclaimer At all times we, Bay Villas Resort, will endeavour to accept all bookings that are made through our website, however we reserve the right to cancel/reject a booking at any time. You will be notified by us of any changes/amendments to the booking and refunds due and we will always try to give you an alternative option.

Late Arrival: If you are arriving after 5:00pm Monday to Friday or 2:30pm on weekends please advise us to make prior arrangements.

Bay Villas Resort, centrally located, yet in a quiet area of Port Douglas and within walking distance of downtown Port Douglas and all amenities. The picturesque Four Mile Beach with its swaying coconut palm trees is also just a short walk away.

To totally unwind why not lounge by the large free-form swimming pool and barbecue area - with a drink in hand, of course!

You can view our location by clicking the small map on our features page. There are shuttle buses available at the airport which will deliver you to our door. These can be booked at the airport when you arrive or you can have us arrange the booking for you at no extra cost.
