Fun`n' Sun Motel offers clean & comfortable self-contained / motel style accommodation. Situated in the lovely coastal town of Ballina. Fun`n' Sun Motel is the perfect base for you to discover the sunny beaches and the many attractions surrounding Ballina on the north coast of NSW.

We provide spacious motel and semi self-contained open plan and two bedroom poolside units that come complete with air conditioning and equipped kitchens. Facilities include lovely outdoor pool and BBQ area with large children's play area. Disabled units are available.Each unit faces out via patio doors onto a large flat grassy area.The motel is set in a 2 acres of land so ther is plenty of room to stretch out and relax.We can also provide brekfasts and evening meals to your room, and there is also a guest laundry.

There is a tavern and small shopping area within 400m of the motel

The Motel is on the western side of Ballina which will provide you many things to do and see including the famous Big Prawn, swimming and surf beaches, great shopping, fine restaurants, lakes for fishing and scenic drives along the breathtaking east coast of Australia.NOW WITH FREE WIFI......

There are Fax & Copying facilities available at reception. There is also free AUSTAR available in all rooms.free wifi.

There is ample Undercover Parking available at the back of each of the unit.Plus there is additional parking for larger vehicals such as boats,coaches,small trucks and trailers.

1. Head all the way through Ballina , we are approx 5km from the airport.

2.at the "Big Prawn roundabout, take the last exit headin north back down the highway.

The Funnsun is approx 500m back.

From Coolangatta Airport:

1. Head north on Terminal Ave toward Adina Ave

2. Turn right to stay on Terminal Ave

3. Turn left to stay on Terminal Ave

4. Continue on Johnston St

5. Turn right at Gold Coast Hwy

6. Continue on Tweed Heads Bypass

Entering New South Wales

7. Continue on Pacific Hwy for approx 90km , Pass the 1st Ballina turn off and travel several km down the new bypass. Turn off at the second Ballina turning (island) . We are approx 2km from the island 500m pass the big prawn.

Coming from the South (Sydney) take the 1st turning to Ballina and we are approx 2km down the road (500m from big prawn)
