The Ballina Beach Resort is the only beachside Resort in Ballina. Our guests can chose to stroll north along the unspoilt white sandy beaches or take a scenic walk into town. By car Byron Bay is just 20 mins north along the scenic coast road making the Ballina Beach Resort the ideal "off the beaten track" accommodation for a Byron Bay Festival. Guests may also wish to explore the beautiful hinterland coffee plantations and Macadamia Nut farms not to mention Ballina renowned Teatree plantation.

Guests arriving by air can use a local taxi for the short trip to the resort. Travelling from the South by road, we advise guests to drive through the main Ballina CBD on River Street past the Police station and out over the North Creek Bridge. Turn first right after the Shaw¿s Bay Hotel onto Compton Drive and follow the road toward the beach until you arrive at the Resort on your right.

Travelling on the Highway from the North we suggest that you leave the Highway at the first traffic island on arriving in Ballina. Go straight on at the next island and then left at the third island following signs for East Ballina. Cross the bridge over North Creek and turn first right after the Shaw¿s Bay Hotel onto Compton Drive and follow the road toward the beach until you arrive at the Resort on your right.
