Late Arrival If you are arriving after 5.00pm Monday to Friday or 2.30 on weekends, please advise us to make prior arrangements. Booking Conditions We require you to pay a deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the accommodation is to be settled on arrival. Disclaimer At all times we, Balboa Holiday Apartments will endeavour to accept all bookings that are made through our website, however we have the right to cancel/reject a booking at any time. You will be notified of any changes/amendments to the booking by us and we will always try to give you an alternative option. Cancellation Policy If a booking is cancelled more than 28 days prior, you will be given a full refund of the deposit. If cancelled 7 - 28 days prior, a charge for 1 nights accommodation is required. If a cancellation is made less than 7 days before arrival, you will be charged for the full booking.
