Property Description

The Garden Apartment is located on the lower level of the property and opens onto a gorgeous deck and garden then across to the park and beach in front.

It also offers 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and the second with a double bed and single as a bunk. A sofa bed in the loungeroom can also be used for the 5th guest if required.

The bathroom has a spa bath/shower to ease the stress of the beach. You can cook up a scrumptious meal in the smaller but fully equipped kitchen and there is a lounge/dining room with Digital TV/DVD/Stereo for entertainment.

Relaxing on the sundrenched front verandah while the BBQ is being cooked is a popular pastime in the Garden Apartment and you can also check out the passing boats. We have installed an outside shower to wash off the sand and salt as you come up from the beach.

The park, which is also in front , has a play gym area for the kids as does the Dutchies beach park area which is only 200mtrs away.

The walk/cycleway around the foreshore is a great way to get to the marina and CBD which is just 1km from Baggies.

The CBD of Nelson Bay, marina and restaurants is just 1 km away.

Off street paring is provided directly in front of the property.

Check in is from 1.00pm and a call when you depart the freeway of your ETA would be appreciated.

Follow the F3 to the end of the divided section. At the next roundabout turn right to Taree. Proceed to Hexham and vear left over the Hunter rover bridge. Stay on the freeway until the Nelson Bay turn off appears. This turns back under the freeway and then follow the Nelson Bay signs all the way. As you approach Nelson Bay township take the 2nd street on the left...Galoola Drive. Proceed to the end and turn left onto Government Rd then immediately right onto Burbong St. Stop at no.7 for keys to your apartment next door.
