From Sydney: As you reach Dubbo - go thru 3 roundabouts then 2nd street past 3rd roundabout on the right.

From Melbourne: As you reach Dubbo - turn right at 1st roundabout - go over the bridge thru 2 sets of lights then turn left at the next street.

From Brisbane: As you reach Dubbo - turn right at the lights then turn left at the next roundabout - go over the railway line - continue to 3rd set of lights then turn left to Bultjes st - going down 1 block then turn right into Bourke St.
