Allawah of Bright is a recently renovated and refurbished Victorian home which is only a 2 minute walk from the centre of town. The history of the house is evident in its old world character, however the furniture is modern and comfortable. This holiday house has enough room for the largest of families, with five bedrooms, including a spacious loft with its own separate entertainment area. Allawah has ducted heating and cooling, as well as multiple fireplaces of which one is ready for your use on cold winter nights (wood is supplied). Allawah of Bright has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms downstairs, and a spacious loft/5th bedroom/play area upstairs. The bedding configuration includes 3 queen size beds, and 2 x 2 singles beds. Please bear in mind that some of the bedrooms maybe locked depending on how many rooms have been requested. All linen is supplied. The kitchen in Allawah has been recently refurbished, with modern stainless steel appliances for even the most discerning of cooks. A dishwasher is provided (appliance that is, not a person!). The modern dining setting also seats 10 comfortably, or alternatively meals could be enjoyed at the breakfast bar, or outdoors in a stunning and tranquil garden setting. Allawah is a short walk to the beautiful Ovens River and the popular swimming area Centenary Park. A two minute walk will also find you in the centre of town, so no driving is required for you to enjoy the local Bright brewery, restaurants and Hotels. A short drive or bicycle ride along the popular bike tracks gives you access to the local wineries, including Boynton's winery. For the skiing and snow enthusiasts, Mount Hotham, Mount Buffalo and Falls Creek are only an hour's drive away.
Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation Allawah of Bright Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing. Deposit of 50% non refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it. Cancellation if caused by the client money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If it a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $50 cancellation fee will apply. The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions. Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning garbage removal wear and tear repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Damage Breakages Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
