¿Reservation Policy¿ As we are a small establishment and frequently fully booked we do require reservations to be confirmed with a deposit of 50% of the total tariff at the time of reservation and the balance on arrival. We reserve the right to retain the deposit if a cancellation is made within 14 days of the arrival date and full payment if cancellation is made within 2 days of arrival. An administration fee of $15 may be charged for cancellations prior to arrival date.
