A Beach House At Byron is set in truly amazing expansive tropical gardens fronting onto a waterfront nature reserve full of bird and fish life and just 150 meters from the famous Belongil beach.
We have FOUR styles of accommodation:
From the COTTAGE and GAZEBO relax into our garden and hinterland views over water all the way to Mt Warning 50km away. Enjoy the lush tropical garden settings outlook from the WING and STUDIO. We are just a 15 minutes beach walk to Byron township. There are two funky cafe / restaurants 2 minutes walk away covering breakfast lunch and dinner 7 days.
Sorry we do not accept 'schoolies'

Custom booking conditions
1.A Beach House at Byron is non smoking throughout all indoor areas.
2.Burning of candles or incense is not permitted indoor or outdoor.
3.Pets are not permitted.
4.Your booking is for the number of people you specified at the time of booking.
5.Disorderly and noisy behaviour is not acceptable at any time. Weddings, gatherings, parties are not permitted.
6.During festival periods such as Schoolies, Blues and Roots festival, Splendour in the grass; booking will be accepted for guests who are over the age of 21. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by their parents.
7.We reserve the right to cancel bookings that do not meet our conditions as per our published cancellation terms.

Price quoted for Cottage is for 2 persons and the maximum is 4, each extra person staying in Cottage is charged at $30.
Price quoted for the Wing is for 2 persons and the maximum is 3
Children under 5 are free, children over 5 are charged as adults.
